J’Bryte whose real names are Derek Ajibola.S. was born April the 10th in Lagos state. he is originally from the South Western part of Nigeria Ogun State to be precise.

He is a natural talented Songwriter, Singer, Dancer, Model and up and coming producer. He discovered his talent when he was influenced by Michael Jackson, Fela Kuti, Bob Nesta Marley, Femi Kuti, AHugh Masekela, Usher Raymond and more at the age of 14 back then in high school in the early 2000’s.
He participated in the 1st edition of Nokia First chance music competition, also worked with a lot of top known artiste, producers, directors, choreographers in and off the shores of the country in the entertainment industry, to mention a few Vector, Samklef, Sagzy, Rayce, Taiyel, Lamboginny, Sandaz Black, DJ Eazy, Phantombeats, Buck3000, Shogun, Gabriel Afolayan, Igho, So sick, Puffy Tee, General Pype, Morachi, laylow, Gino, SSP (Sir Shina Peters), Masterplan ‘MP’, Black solo, Mikky Dube (South Africa), Muno, and many more.
J’Bryte is creative, highly flexible, humble and innovative, his versatility makes him unique and stands out as an entertainer. Afro Pop, Brit Pop, Highlife, R&B and Dance hall his genre.
He has choreographed in musical videos and has featured in so many shows, concerts in the country as a musician.. he is known for his unique style of entertaining the crowds.
